Quick Tip Reverse Contingency

How A Reverse Contingency Can Benefit You

With low inventory and homes selling from time to time before they even hit the market, I can understand why many people are hesitant to list in the first place. A lot of those who may want to sell are worried that they won’t be able to find a new home in time. This is where a reverse contingency can really benefit a seller in this market!

If you’re not familiar, a reverse contingency allows you to be able to accept an offer on your home but it’s contingent upon you buying the home you want within a 10 or 15 day period. This way you can move forward as a non-contingent buyer yourself and then go back and finalize the offer from the buyer who loves your house. It works for everyone!
